ANYONE VISITING www.e-naira.com („THE USER“) GIVES CONSENT TO THE FOLLOWING FUNDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Each User can use the services of e-Naira.com to transmit funds from OWN bank account (OWN NAME) to OWN e-currency account and vice versa. No 3rd party payments will be accepted. USERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE OTHER PEOPLE SEND FUNDS FROM THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS or OWN NAME TO USER‘S E-CURRENCY ACCOUNTS.
VERIFICATION
From now on, all new users and unverified customers (no
matter how long the customer has been dealing with us) will be asked to undergo verification
first before buying or selling liberty reserve to us.
User will receive an email with one time verification request
after completing option 1 and 2 below, including a KYC
verification agreement form, then print out the form, fill out and
sign by hand, scan it
in JPG file format together with ID and utility bill.
NOTE: This is a onetime verification and after the first initial verification, no further verification will be demanded from you.
Document needed for the one time verification include:
Option 1: A scanned copy of any of the following
ID (valid driver’s license
or International passport or National ID card. Submitted ID must include user’s signature.
Option
2:
User will be asked to provide a scanned copy of a utility bill (only
recent Bank Statement is accepted).
Option 3: User will be asked to complete our KYC
agreement form which would be send to a user after completing
option 1 and 2 above.
NOTE: User sending funds on behalf of a company or organization will be asked to provide documents proving the authority of the user to dispose of the funds (being the director or executive of the company, providing registration documents or valid invoice or company’s register record).
User may be asked to provide additional unspecified documents or proof of authenticity.
